This helpdesk is for commercial clients of Moodle.com (i.e. Moodle Partners).
If you are having problems accessing your account on your Moodle installation you must contact your teacher or the administrator of your site.
We do not have access to your Moodle.
If you are looking for help configuring or managing your Moodle site, use the resources available to you at

or contact a Moodle Partner (moodle.com/partners) in your part of the world if you're looking for expert advice for a fee.
