How Campus Suara empowers social care professionals through Moodle Workplace

June 27, 2025 By Barnana Sarkar

Campus Suara is a professional training space in Spain designed to support and upskill workers in social care services. With a mission to promote inclusive, flexible, and practical learning, the organisation primarily serves adult women over 25, many of whom have limited experience with digital platforms. In 2024, Campus Suara launched with a vision to deliver high-quality, certified training programs and short courses tailored to the realities of the care sector.

To bring that vision to life, they needed a learning platform that was intuitive, scalable, and responsive to learners’ needs. They partnered with Moodle Certified Partner 3iPunt to implement Moodle Workplace.

The challenge

From the start, Campus Suara knew they needed a professional-grade LMS. Their goals were clear: centralised learning delivery, effective progress tracking, and support for learners with low digital skills.

The challenges they anticipated were common but critical:

  • Learning materials were scattered and difficult to manage.

  • There was no way to measure learner progress or training impact.

  • Learners, especially non-digital natives, struggled with the user experience.

  • Administrative tasks were manual and time-consuming.

Without the right platform, their commitment to accessible, high-impact learning risked being held back by inefficiencies and a lack of visibility into learning outcomes.

The solution

After evaluating several platforms, Campus Suara selected Moodle Workplace. It gave them the customisation and scalability they needed, along with strong automation and reporting features. The decision to work with 3iPunt was just as important. With limited internal technical capacity, Campus Suara relied on the expertise and guidance of their Moodle Premium Partner throughout the entire process, from early needs analysis to content setup and training.

They now use Moodle Workplace to deliver a 500-hour certified training program for social care professionals, plus short asynchronous modules for caregivers. The platform supports internal and external audiences, and it aligns with Suara’s values of inclusion and social impact.

Some of the standout features for the team include:

  • Automated learning paths for structured progression

  • Visual dashboards for learners and staff

  • Integrated certification and detailed reporting

  • Easy branding and interface customisation

The unexpected win? Despite working with an audience that includes people with limited digital literacy, the platform proved accessible and easy to use.

The result

Since launch, Campus Suara has seen strong early results:

  • All learners have completed certified training programs.

  • Manual admin work has dropped, thanks to automation and reporting tools.

  • Learner satisfaction has been high, especially around accessibility and ease of use.

The experience of working with 3iPunt stood out just as much as the platform itself. The team described the collaboration as responsive, professional, and aligned with their social mission. Campus Suara plans to continue the partnership as it grows.
