But as the workforce became more mobile and diverse, the challenge grew: How do you ensure seamless learning for everyone—whether they’re working from an office or on the go?

The challenge

Asuransi Astra relied on Moodle 3.3 from 2017 until 2023 to support their New Employee Orientation Program (NEOP). While the platform effectively introduced new hires to the company’s values, policies, and processes, it became clear over time that it was not equipped to address the broader and evolving needs of its workforce.
