We’re delighted to announce the return of MoodleMoot Brazil 2023, taking place on 26–28 April, at Mackenzie Presbyterian University in Sao Paulo. 

With more than 4,000 Moodle sites in Brazil, MoodleMoot Brazil is the conference for educators, trainers, developers and EdTech specialists who want to improve their use of Moodle LMS. The aim of the event is for the Moodle community to convene and share knowledge, connect with peers and learn more about everything Moodle, from online learning best practises to Moodle plugins. 

The Moot will feature presentations from a range of expert speakers, exclusive content, and workshops, with unique knowledge, built and applied in practise by the Moodle community in Brazil.

A workshop from José Wilson da Costa, Secretary of State for Education of the Federal District, showing how to apply gamification in practise by planning and applying various techniques using the plugins Game Block and Track Format and other native resources on the Moodle platform.

Ricardo Guerra, Director of Educational Solutions at BlackBean, will discuss Moodle plugins, explaining why they are useful and giving some helpful plugin examples that can make all of the difference to achieving your educational goals.

A presentation from Cristiane Aparecida dos Santos Reis, Coordinator of Educational Technologies at Ítaca College, sharing the experience of creating a digital ecosystem from the integration of Moodle with Google Workspace storage platform and production tools, Canva for graphic design, and other tools through the unification of logins.
