Breaking the educational divide
Synapsys works across both the traditional education and workplace learning sectors and challenges the traditional divide between on-the-job learning and learning offered by education institutions. Advocates for high-quality online education and instructional design, Synapsys also assist their customers to respond rapidly to the pace of change and deliver learning experiences that provide tangible outcomes – for the learner and the organisation.
Recognising the benefits of Moodle LMS’s grounding in teaching and education, Garing says, “What that means is that learning platforms must provide flexibility in how learners choose to study, and they need to deliver real opportunities to apply their learning. Live and meaningful insights into learner activity and success are now critical to ensuring good learning outcomes. Platforms also need to accommodate a wide range of learning experiences, from purely online through blended experiences to enabling seamless access to face-to-face events.”
A strong track record
Synapsys is currently assisting a New Zealand University to reframe its vision for technology-enabled learning from strategy formulation to customising Moodle LMS to deliver on the strategy.
They also support several membership-based organisations to expand and refine how they offer learning opportunities including flexible, credentialed microlearning opportunities that complement national qualifications.
