Dashboard: customise the learning experience
The Dashboard is a page that gives users an overview of the courses that they’re enrolled in, as well as any activities which they need to pay attention to. Moodle Workplace 3.11.1 enables you to define a specific dashboard for each tenant, so that each administrator can manage and customise their tenant’s Dashboard and adapt it to their needs.

Multi-tenant SAML2 authentication – Supporting both user convenience and security
This very popular single sign-on plugin for Moodle LMS, which allows users to authenticate themselves in multiple applications or websites with just one set of credentials, is now available for Moodle Workplace too – with the ability to configure it for each of your tenants, including limiting Identity Providers and locking user fields per tenant.
Configure user profile fields per tenant
No two organisations are the same, so the information that they need to collect or display about their staff and learners can be very different. With Moodle Workplace 3.11.1, you can configure distinct profile fields for each of your tenants. Additionally, you can define profile fields as identity fields in each of your tenants, which means that various user reports across Moodle Workplace will display the fields relevant to the current tenant.
More improvements for workplace learning
Moodle Workplace 3.11.1 also comes with enhancements in the Audiences and Schedules for the Report builder, an improved UI for MyTeams block and advanced support for multi-tenant authentication in the Workplace App.
