JasperReports® Server is a stand-alone and embeddable reporting server. It provides reporting and analytics that can be embedded into a web or mobile application as well as operate as a central information hub for the enterprise by delivering mission critical information on a real-time or scheduled basis to the browser, mobile device, or email inbox in a variety of file formats. JasperReports® Server is optimized to share, secure, and centrally manage your Jaspersoft reports and analytic views.


Adapt IT consultants will prepare and deliver training to clients. This training is focused on the key concepts and process flows that are required to support the customer specific business processes.


Adapt IT uses Articulate Storyline to create course content and videos.


Any required customisation or interfaces are developed, delivered and tested using Adapt IT’s customisation and development processes.


Adapt IT offers clients the option of commercial hosting. The advantage of commercial hosting is fast connection speed and 24 x 7 system availability, but with no capital outlay or system maintenance activities for the institution. This hosting solution is more cost effective than running the installation on the institution’s own hardware.


Adapt IT has an Infrastructure support team that is responsible for installation and hosting. The following are Moodle installation options:

· Semi-custom

· Custom

Integration methods may vary from simple file transfers to fully fledged system APl’s deployed as Web Services. Our ITS Integrator ERP Solution integrates fully with Moodle. Adapt IT Education has deep specialist expertise in higher education sector and provides project implementation, support and maintenance.


Adapt IT ensures continuous support to the educational institution through the provision of:

· Telephonic helpdesk support – up to 24/7 depending on SLA

· Onsite training on user request

· Specialised consultancy on site and off site

There are 2 Service Level Agreements available from Adapt IT Education, e.g. Standard and Prime. Each one defines the responsibilities, response time, escalation procedures, etc. associated with each. The standard level of support in the SLA is office hours which can be escalated to a level of 24/7 support on the Prime SLA contract. Response times are dependent upon the SLA selected.


We offer different themes depending on the installation package selected by the client.

· Basic – Theme customisation (limited)

· Semi-custom – Client supplies approved concept design and all design elements

· Custom – Three concept designs for client to choose from
