Today, Moodle – the world’s open source learning platform – welcome Human Science as its latest Certified Moodle Partner in Japan.

Together, both organisations will continue their work in providing flexible and powerful edtech tools that will support educational needs, organizational training demands and workplace requirements in Japan.

Human Science is well-known in the country as solution providers for localization services within the IT, manufacturing, medical and education sectors. Since their establishment over 30 years ago (in 1985), Human Science has been supporting both domestic and multinational companies, such as Microsoft, HP, Fujitsu and Apple.

The organization has also offered Moodle services since 2009 in various small and large scale uses for the education and corporate sectors.

Their alignment to Moodle’s open source project and mission of empowering educators is further evident through their position as the chosen support providers for The Open University Japan, and membership with e-Learning Consortium Japan and the Moodle Association of Japan.

Human Science’s CEO, Tsuyoshi Kumazawa, commented on becoming a Certified Moodle Partner: “By becoming a Moodle Partner, we can officially announce that we are a provider of Moodle services.”

“As an organisation we support the growth of people and organizations in ICT. We are constantly on the lookout for the newest technology, so that we are able to offer the best solutions to our clients’ needs.”

“As a Moodle Partner, we aim to provide more solutions for our clients with this learning platform, combined with our provision of reliable technology and rich experience.”

“Human Science’s knowledge and passion in the latest technology and in e-learning will help the Moodle project not only through their financial support for our core developers, but also to advance Moodle’s mission in empowering educators with their services to Moodle users.,” said Martin.
