Webanywhere Gains Certified Moodle Partner Status in USA

September 23, 2013 By Moodle

Moodle Pty Ltd welcomes Webanywhere, a worldwide e-learning solutions provider, as a new US Moodle Partner in the Moodle Certified Services Provider program.

The certification reflects Webanywhere’s expertise, consistent quality service and contributions to the open source Moodle project, and builds upon the company’s existing Moodle Partnerships in the UK and Poland, awarded in 2006 and 2012 respectively.

In expanding on their expertise in delivering Moodle services to the US market, Webanywhere will offer a complete range of Moodle services from training and consultancy to fully managed solutions that include development, implementation and support. Having provided e-learning solutions to several US-based clients such as Safeway Inc, the company is eager to bring their depth of Moodle experience to schools and businesses across the US.

Webanywhere Moodle Specialist, Ben Wagner, said “As part of the Moodle team, I’m very excited about the opportunity to work with more clients internationally. One of Moodle’s key strengths is its worldwide reach and I’m proud that as a Moodle Partner, the Webanywhere team can now help more US organizations start or improve their Moodle journey. Moodle’s community is one of its defining features and I’m keen to bring more educators into the fold.”

Sean Gilligan, CEO of Webanywhere, Inc added: “I’m immensely proud of the high quality work that our specialist Moodle team consistently demonstrates. I believe it is this dedication to Moodle as the world’s learning platform, and our ability to extend the reach and benefits of e-learning, that has led to us receiving the new accreditation. I am confident that we will retain the same work ethic and family values that we currently have in our UK & Polish operations and grow our client base in the US. As an active member of the British-American Business Council, the US Moodle Partnership is particularly exciting for me.”

Martin Dougiamas, Founder of Moodle and CEO of Moodle Pty Ltd said: “WebAnywhere has been growing alongside Moodle for 7 years, and it’s a pleasure for us to now support the expansion of their services in the US, joining our other partners in the region. I feel confident that they will be a great option for educators who are using Moodle in any sector.”
