Why can’t I add more users?
We have set a limit of users for each MoodleCloud plan. In the MoodleCloud plans you are able to suspend users so they don’t count towards your quota, but you’ll still have their data and will be able to run reports on what they’ve previously completed. Please note that suspended users will still count towards your user quota if you are on a Moodle for School plan. If you are unsure what plan you are on, you can find out in your MoodleCloud Portal.
If you need a site with more users, we recommend you change your plan from within your MoodleCloud Portal OR if you have grander plans, then talk to your Moodle Partner about hosting your own installation. You can find your Moodle Partner in the support tab of your MoodleCloud Portal.
