Refunds & Exchanges
You may return your order only if it is the wrong size, incorrect colour to what you ordered, or if you receive damaged goods. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purposes.
Should you have any issues with your order, please complete our enquiry form with the following details in accordance with Printify’s Issue Submission Requirements to organise a replacement order for you free of charge. We will be unable to process your replacement order without full details.
We will need:
- Contact details – Full name and email address
- Reason for requesting a replacement order e.g. received the wrong size
- Order ID number
- Product name
- Photo evidence of the item received (photo size limit 10MB), to be supplied once your request has been received by one of our team members
- Shipping address (if different to original order)
We will contact you via the email address provided with confirmation and details of your replacement order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing.
If issues arise with a replacement order, a refund will be provided to the account details used when purchasing. We do not provide store credits.
The customer is responsible for providing correct information and selection of products. Moodle Shop is not held responsible for incorrect orders on the customers behalf.
