    Are orders subject to Australian GST?

    Purchases made within Australia are subject to GST. GST will appear at the checkout once your shipping details have been entered. You will be emailed a Tax Invoice showing the total tax amount charged.

    Refunds and Exchanges

    You may return your order only if it is the wrong size, incorrect colour to what you ordered, or if you receive damaged goods. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purposes. If you have any issues with your order, please complete our enquiry form with the full details in accordance with Printify’s Issue Submission Requirements to organise a replacement order for you free of charge. We will need: Contact details – Full name and email address
    Reason for requesting a replacement order e.g. received the wrong size; Order ID number; Product name; Photo evidence of the item received (photo size limit 10MB), to be supplied once your request has been received by one of our team members
    Shipping address (if different to original order)
    We will contact you via the email address provided with confirmation and details of your replacement order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing.
    If any issues arise with a replacement order, a refund will be provided to the account details used when purchasing. We do not provide store credits.
    The customer is responsible for providing correct information and selection of products. Moodle Shop is not held responsible for incorrect orders on the customers behalf.

    Where can I report an issue with my order?

    Moodle Shop uses a third party vendor for shipping and handling, and cannot take any responsibility for any shipping and handling issues and lost or damaged goods. If you have issues with an item, please complete the enquiry form with details, as outlined in Refunds & Exchanges. Please note, orders comprising of multiple items may arrive separately depending on the products being ordered, as items may be fulfilled by different suppliers. Please be aware, there may be extreme delays in receiving your order due to Covid-19 related closures that are outside of our control. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and we thank you for your patience during this time.

    Does the Moodle Shop store any of my data or details?

    No credit card information is handled by Moodle. Your personal information is used to process your order only. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
