Adapting to online learning in Peru

A customer focussed project approach
With a customer focussed approach, Industria Elearning utilises a staged project approach incorporating diagnosis, planning, projection and execution of the solution through a work plan with the activities and timeframes documented to ensure an effective and optimal implementation with best technological practices.
This project approach was utilised with CCE (Business Chamber of Commerce of Peru), the leading organisation representing unions at a national level, and resulted in a Moodle platform and app to train more than 10,000 Peruvian and Latin American members.
