The Limina Tech Team developed a training pathway for Moodle Administrators to prepare them for the MAQ. Our Level 1 Administrating Moodle (AM), and Level 2 AM includes short 30-60 minute units that each develop specific competencies needed to qualify for the MAQ. Administrators completing AM 1 and later AM 2, learn through guided, facilitator-led training with hands-on practice included in each unit. In this step-by-step way we work with administrators to develop the critical competencies needed to qualify for the MAQ.

The MEQ qualification is a highly specialised certification of digital education competencies. To achieve the MEQ, facilitators and content creators need to work through 6 challenging modules and complete arduous tasks to prove their competency. The rigorous measurement of competencies in the MEQ and high entry-level requirements, means many educators, facilitators or content designers do not qualify for entry. This is why Limina's Moodle team created a 2-tiered training pathway to develop educators, facilitators and content designers' competencies and prepare them to eventually qualify to attempt the MEQ.
Our Educators Using Moodle (EUM) Level 1 and 2 courses are delivered in short bite-size learning units that can be done in 30 - 60 minutes. Educators, facilitators and content designers work through the various units in each module. We designed EUM 1 and EUM 2 to specifically develop the competencies needed for the MEQ, and in so doing prepare all trainees with the requisite skills, knowledge and understanding to succeed!
