Are volume discounts available?

Moodle offers volume licences at a discounted rate for Moodle App Premium for eligible organizations. These include NGOs/not-for-profits; government departments; and educational institutions. For more details, please contact us.

How do I know if my site needs to be upgraded to a Moodle App plan?

To see if you’re outgrowing your current plan, you can review your app usage analytics or check if you’re using the ‘Customizable app features’ (via Site administration > Mobile app > Mobile app features) as continued use will require upgrading.

Can I use a web browser to access my Moodle site on my device?

You can use the responsive web version of Moodle, however you won’t be able to use Moodle App features like offline access to content and activities, notifications, calendar reminders, or quick navigation to content.

Why can’t I access my Moodle site in the Moodle App?

If you see a message like “This site is no longer supported in this app,” it usually means your site isn’t enabled for Moodle App access. This can happen if your site is hosted by a non-official provider or doesn’t have a Moodle App plan. To resolve this, you can: Subscribe to a Moodle App Premium plan. Or move to MoodleCloud or a Moodle Certified Partner, where Premium is included. Read the full support article
