Moodle is excited to announce Andreia Inamorato as the keynote speaker for day two of MoodleMoot Global!
Andreia is an international researcher, lecturer, public speaker and consultant in digital education, educational technologies and open education. She has over 25 years of experience in teaching and research in education, working internationally with institutions in Latin America, Europe, USA and Africa.
She holds a PhD in educational technologies from the Open University of the United Kingdom. Currently, she works as a Scientific Officer at the European Commission, Joint Research Center (JRC). Her main projects at the European Commission are the OpenEdu Framework for Open Education, the DigcompEdu Framework for the digital competence of educators, and her research on Blockchain in Education.
At the intersection of research and policy, Andreia’s work contributes to identifying opportunities and challenges in the implementation of information and communication technologies (ICT) to modernise teaching, learning and training practices in Europe.
Andreia’s keynote speech will be held at MoodleMoot Global in Barcelona on the 28th September.
Outstanding speaker program
We received over 200 high calibre speaking proposals for MoodleMoot Global 2022. With a limited number of speaking opportunities, the conference organising committee has had the difficult task of rationalising these to 129 presentations, with more announcements to follow soon.
The program will include Pico talks (15 mins), longer presentations (30 mins), workshops and poster presentations, with a balance of presentations from MoodleHQ, sponsors and our community. Expect to hear about a range of compelling topics on our theme of the future of education.
