A Certified Moodle Partner for more than 15 years, Insynergy Consulting (ISYC)  is one of the first partners in the Moodle Certified Service Provider network and the first partner in Spain.  ISYC has a highly experienced team of professionals with Moodle technical expertise and delivers a reliable range of services to a diverse portfolio of Moodle customers across Spain and Latin America.  We are pleased to announce that ISYC is now a Premium Moodle Certified Service Provider.

“Joining this select club of Premium Partners is recognition of our great professional work and will allow us to expand in the business world. In particular, to take advantage of the trend of large companies to equip themselves with their own LMS platform,” says Francisco Moren Sanz, CEO of Insynergy Solutions.

Online learning driving performance and talent retention

As a Premium Certified Service Provider, ISYC will provide organisations access to Moodle’s enterprise learning management platform, Moodle Workplace.

According to the magazine IMPULS plus, Spanish internet users did 18,300 searches for online training in 2019.  In 2020, that grew to 44,500 searches and now, with “normality” more or less recovered, 220 million searches with 139 million of them specific to searches in online training in Spain. The Spanish e-learning market had a turnover of five billion Euros in 2021, 2.5 times more than two years earlier, and in 2022 it is estimated that organisations will invest 50% of their training budgets in professional e-learning.

Learning and development have become critical drivers of performance and talent retention in workplace settings. Spanish organisations are increasingly looking to implement tools to engage diverse learners and maximise employee training outcomes.

“The business market has always been an important sector for ISYC. Access to Moodle Workplace will allow us to better service learning and development requirements for certifications, automation, reporting, course design and training,” says Moren Sanz.

Supporting the digital transformation of the Spanish education system

In 2020, the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation and the public business entity Red.e signed an agreement to execute “Educa en Digital”. This initiative consists of a set of actions to support the digital transformation of the Spanish education system by providing devices, digital educational resources, adaptation of the digital skills of teachers and activities that involve the application of artificial intelligence to personalised education.

ISYC is approved as an Educa en Digital Digitizing Agent and is part of an Association for Digitization Assistance to provide the Spanish education sector support to implement the set of actions outlined in the initiative.

Moren Sanz explains, “In 1995, there were only two online or distance universities in Spain.  Now more than 80 Universities are using an online methodology in one way or another.  Moodle is the LMS of choice for many educational institutions in Spain. Moodle is an open source platform, and we believe that it is the right choice to ensure equity of access to quality online education. As a premium Moodle partner, we have the endorsement of Moodle to provide their services. That endorsement means that the market can trust our ability to service their needs at the highest technical level.”

A track record of success

ISYC has a deep track record of success across Spain.  Two recent successful projects include:

  • ISYC assisted International Education Partnership, IEP and Project Red SUMMA in developing a system that would allow IEP to adapt to the different specificities of the educational systems of the countries they offered their training.

Utilising the Moodle LMS platform, Insynergy assisted with designing and implementing differentiated training itineraries and managing the different organisations, faculties, departments, and centres by country. They also implemented a solution to resolve administration needs and preparation of reports by each of the institutions with a centralised location to access the data.

“Thanks to the help of ISYC, we managed to improve our position in the FSO ranking (first ranking of Spanish-speaking Online Higher Education Institutions). Currently, we have managed to position ourselves among the five best business schools for the fifth time in a row. ”
Nuria Segovia García, Director of IT at IEP and University Corporation of Asturias

  • Corporativa Mondragón, one of the largest industrial cooperatives in the world, utilised Insynergy to assist them with an Industry 4.0 Project to design and implement a global training service allowing employees to access personalised certification training depending on their role or level of expertise.

“ISYC’S LMS platform and its adaptation services to each group company allow us to offer a global training service in an agile way, provisioning new training offers according to the changing needs of the business. The SaaS model allows us to extend the solution within the group companies quickly and efficiently, allowing us to multiply our service capacity.”

Juan Antonio Martín, Director of sales and marketing Mondragón Group
