Made with Moodle: Learning that earns a place on the wall

March 28, 2026 By Jeanne Loganbill

Welcome to our series, Made with Moodle. Every month, we spotlight someone using the Moodle platform in creative, impactful ways. Have a story of your own? We’d love to hear it.

“Moodle LMS was the obvious choice. We’ve never considered switching to another platform.”

One of the best things about Enzo Conforti’s job is arriving at an automobile dealership to see certificates for his training programme proudly on display. Those moments are special — they’re a sign his strategy is working.

Enzo has been head of marketing at Autologica for a little over five years. It’s a hands-on role he genuinely enjoys, especially when it takes him out of the office and into the field. Autologica’s core product is Sky DMS, a cloud-based platform designed to handle the day-to-day business processes of automobile dealerships. Users can track leads, manage inventory, create payment plans, keep tabs on vehicle service records, and much more.

In other words, there’s a lot to learn. And that’s where Moodle LMS comes in.

“We’ve been using Moodle LMS as a training platform for 12 years,” says Enzo. “It’s an excellent centralised space for all company training activities, including online courses, webinars, and brand-specific training sessions.”

Autologica clients can use the platform to learn all about Sky DMS, either from scratch or to discover new features. People follow different training paths depending on their roles — for example, structured learning plans for sales representatives are different from those aimed at finance managers. Thanks to Moodle LMS’s reporting tools, HR managers and training leaders can track progress to ensure teams stay 100% trained and up to date.

“Continuous training is the foundation for integrating a system — both technically and culturally — into a company’s daily operations,” explains Enzo. His team also applies that principle internally, onboarding new employees via the same platform.

When Autologica first set out to build structured training programmes in 2014, the team explored several learning management systems (LMS) to find the right fit before choosing Moodle LMS. Enzo remembers feeling inspired by the Moodle community, whose openness and willingness to share ideas helped him build confidence. Courses were easy to create, and there were many built-in activities to help him make learning more engaging.

“Moodle LMS was the obvious choice and the platform best aligned with our project needs,” says Enzo, “and we’ve never considered switching to another solution.”

At the end of their training programmes, learners receive certificates that often end up pinned at desks or hung on office walls. For Enzo, they’re a reminder that thoughtful learning experiences shape the way people approach change. With the right support, learning stays with people — and that’s what makes his work so rewarding.
